One of the most difficult things when it comes to creating structure in our lives is meal planning. This short, hands-on intensive is designed to reduce the overwhelm that can come with grocery shopping.

We’ll nail down (and actually stick to) a grocery budget while shopping for nutritious foods that align with your goals and needs. Together we’ll build your ideal grocery list specific to your preferred store, and I identify and explain the best choices for you. We then plan recipes and a strategy for you to meal prep for your week! You also receive 24/7 text support.
